~lilsmiley303:September *, ****. One of my recievers was not working so I called the help number and followed their steps. Still not working, so waited to talk with a tech. I did not get his name but followed his steps. After I followed his steps he then wanted to schedule a tech to come out, and the soonest would be the next day. At this time this was already over ** min. on the phone and I asked him about that. All he had to say, "Do you want me schedule a tech or no?" No apology no nothing. Then I asked how to cancel so he transfered me to a Dedra Marquez. She was worse than the operating machine. Spent another ** minutes speaking with her. When I wanted to speak with a manager, she kept making an excuse that either the manager was in a meeting or out of the office. Every min she was telling me, "I can transfer you back to her office and she will call you back between ** aqnd ** hours." After hearing this *** times, I finally caved in and left the manager a message. I called back to fi
