~Patsy C Holmes:My daughter was on my account and her and I had a falling out and I wanted to cancel her service. I was told that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee even though I had * months left. I was very happy about that because I would have just kept the service on and just had the minimum package, but they were understanding. I was sent a box for the equipment to send back. I didn't hear anything for months and then they tried to charge my account. My bank notified me and I called. They informed me that they tried to charge for the remaining months left on the contract and since my bank didn't allow the charge to go through they sent it to collections. I'm very disappointed and will never have dish again. I will also tell everyone I know that dish network is a bad company.
