I live in the woods there are trees every where I have never been able to get all the stations that I pay for I get messages that they are temporary down but they never come back. I bought a new tv and was told I needed a different box although it did work with the old one. Today when I called to cancel service I was treated like I had called to b trouble shoot, then I was told that I could not cancel without talking to the comp any any president. I will have my attorney deal with this.
