I told them I had a new doctor the first time I talked to them! Their "number on the old RX bottle" doesn't work on Saturday so after being on hold for over ** minutes I called and said I wanted "Customer Care" not "Check on Status of RX" then a person gave me the right "Saturday number" then after the run around and finally talking to a supervisor-I finally got them to let me get my rejection med filled in my local pharmacy. In the * times I have called over the past * days I didn't get the same story twice!
