~ladyhawke3412：Obviously Cricket is outsourcing to India! I told her about * times the security code to access the account and she said it was wrong. I asked if they could block a call which sprint does. Imagine my disappointment when she says they don't have that service available and tries to tell me I could put my number on the do not call list which I had already done! Then she tells me I can get an app. for my phone to block numbers. She had no customer service skills. I used to work for Charter and Sprint and I would not of got past the first day of work with that kind of service to the customer. Looks like I am going back to Sprint. At least they care and I can talk to someone that doesn't speak broken english! Shame on you Cricket! Get with the program Cricket! Give us service worth keeping!
