My sim caard, battery &back of phone I was told to remove before I sent it didn't fit. Instead of them saying, "For your trouble, inconvenience, & our mistake, we'll ship the entire one to you.)I had to send that one back & wait some more for them to send the correct phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! And I'm fifty.
