However, they will have to call me on another phone (my home phone), they won't give me a number to call them, which doesn't help because I am in and out all. But having to take Tech Support's call is a real problem for me.**The number I used to use, ***-***-****, now disconnects automatically after it tells you to go to a Cricket store.
