Despite these outsourced offshore agents habit of talking over the caller I was able to: Pay my bill over the phone without paying a fee, Jimmy gave me a confirmation number for the payment and then he got me into the website. I still think the website issues are ignored because this company wants people to have to call in so that they can charge you a fee. Don't fall for it.
