GetHuman-139998：Was unable to get through to a live person. Options were for law enforcement, billing, and media. Tried the options for billing and media and were told to send email*fax. Very frustrating system. Essentially no way to actually contact craigslist. No matter what the question is, even if not addressed by their FAQs, they will send you a link to all of the information already provided. Makes me not want to use Craigslist anymore. How can you deal with a website that refuses to provide any true customer service and does not allow any contact with its consumers. Unbelievable!
