GetHuman-46216：There's no one single good thing to say about it. I emailed them about charges on my account of 'declined' messages where my payment didn't go through. They did this every time. Declined...charged, declined... charged. I have about **. back to back. All info was right, even used * different cards, money in account ok... nothing worked. Got an email that didn't resolve the matter. Just tried to get off the hook. As of now I have been emailing since Saturday on every declined attempt (attaching copy of it), and this morning I have emailed again asking for somebody to answer back, nothing. * hrs gone by and nothing.
