In addition, it took several calls to verify and address the escalation of the complaint on revising my already quoted and contracted price. I have been a long term customer who has now been abused and mistreated. And all done under the moniker of the Customer Loyalty Program, what a shame...customer loyalty is built on trust and they have lost mine big time.
