After waiting a couple of hours and no response, I became impatient and searched online to see if I could find their number. I called the number listed on this site. After a couple of prompts, I was connected to a Customer Service Rep. It gets better. Not only did the Rep speak in clear English, he understood the issue and was very helpful.
