~Ceil:I got a renewal notice in mid-November **** and I had subscribed in June **** so didn't know why I was getting renewal notice* however when I tried to call, the automated answering service messed up and wouldn't tell me what number to hit for anything but kept asking me to input a number. I pushed '*' and got a person right away and explained the problem and she took care of canceling my notice. Only the * stars because of the messed-up answering service.
