GetHuman-216149:The representative was polite & articulate. I was especially impressed by his knowledge. I asked him very specific questions about wheelchair assistance vs. e-cart service in Houston. He knew the airport layout & did a great job describing what my options were & where I'd find seats or supervisors for help. Further, there was no background noise during our conversation--he was clearly not in a crowded call center. I heard him perfectly. Great service!
