The medical assistant who brought me to the room to be seen wore a badge that stated something to the effect that she was manager of the back patient area took my stats and told me * patients before me. Waited and waited till it sounded like staff was leaving to discover they had forgot me in the room. Once they realized they forgot me they went to find my chart and left the door open. I could hear them laughing about forgetting me. It was so unprofessional!*The doctor apologized and was nice but even waiting for my discharge papers did the staff or that manager even apologize for what happened. Completely turned off. The staff need training on how to treat patients. I will never go back to that location again.
