~badexperience：I visited the location in Lancaster, PA and the facility was very dirty. There seemed to be no sense of organization of how they call back patients. I was there for a TB test for an employer. The med assistant obviously had no clue what she was doing* couldnt get a bubble for the shot and then put a bandaid over the bubble. You NEVER put a bandaid on a TB test. I then left with no explanation of when I had to come back, get a second test...anything. Luckily I was a nursing student and knew the routine, but I can see how other customers would be confused with NO directions at all. They need to find qualified nurses who actually know what theyre doing. And clean the facility! Disgusting.
