~jarmstrong:Was told that system was in process of an overhaul update and I should just check back I a couple days. In other words, not my job, go away and come back later when someone else can tell you the same thing. We really don't do anything here except collect our paycheck that you pay when you pay what we tell you to pay. I have not had even one pleasant communication experience with any Comcast representative. Either it's not their job or they just refuse to cooperate. I am an English speaking U.S. Citizen and am doing business in the U.S. and I believe I should be able to communicate with an English speaking human being here in the U.S. to do business with live on the phone. Two days ago I had a $** credit on my account, today I am in arrears for over $***, how is that even possible? And can not speak with anyone that can do anything about it. If this is common for private business to act as if we are the inconvenience then maybe it's time for a government controlled TV*Internet*Phone ser
