~Tonya: Terrible customer service. Called to speak to supervisor, waited for ** mins (twice) and they hung up on me. Never did talk to supervisor. My internet, phone, TV all out and * days to come out and fix is acceptible??

~Tonya: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
