~borchinator:I was lured back to Comcast with a $***.** gift card offer to switch. It has been * months and I still don't have my card. When I call they tell me it is processing and to wait a week. On top of that the cable boxes don't work well, they freeze, the remotes don't work well and I have had to reset beach of the * boxes multiple times. I just received a replacement box in the mail and it doesn't work right out of the box. I just spent a half hour on the phone with "tech support" and now they are telling me I need to wait for a half hour to see if the box fixes itself. I am locked into a * year contract with them but as soon as I can get out I will. This is the worst cable company ever.
