~Wright824：I have never been so upset with a service provider. I spent * hrs on the phone with representatives, the problem is still unresolved, and a supervisor said they would call me back personally and they have not. I do not believe the customer is the first priority as I spoke with * different people and NO ONE has solved my issue. I am a VERY unsatisfied customer, and will not be recommending your company to anyone if you guys cannot seem to provide the service you're offering. Train your customer service representatives with all the same information. I was told different information by two differebt people. I am still uncertain as to what information I was given is correct. Very upset. Highly considering taking my business elsewhere.
