~RedBaron4730:I can't even begin to state how irritated I am at Comcast. Our cable got cut on Wednesday, so we were without phone, tv and internet. Put the service call in Wednesday evening. Service appointment for Friday, but the service window was from * am to * pm (REALLY????) Would not even give us a call so we could meet them at home, just had to be there. So I took Friday off as a vacation day to meet them. GUESS WHO NEVER SHOWED UP????*Called Friday evening after * pm and were told "Oh the service order was put in wrong, so it was cancelled." WHAT - not even a phone call on our cell to let us know.*Spent most of Saturday on the cell phone with Comcast trying to get service restored - now we have a "service appointment" for Wednesday. They had better show up or we will move to DISH (which I absolutely HATE, but will do it to prove a point).*Comcast really *****!!!!
