~UICBIFF:Disconnected twice by customer service rep.*On site techs had two. One was very nice and did tried very hard to fix issues. The second was very rude and did not offer any assistance. I finally had to rerun the cable and buy a splitter from Menards at an extra cost of $**.**.*Now we are having issues with the phone service. It will be a week Tuesday so much for great service that Comcast promotes. Why do you have to wait three to four days for a tech. *Forgot the best part.... They wanted to charge me an extra $**.** dollars for the tech service call. *Had to prove to them that the charges should be remove and a credit should be applied to my bill. Still waiting for that credit... Keeping fingers crossed.
