GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-neilboo: My ** year old neighbor's Comcast line was cut during a tree removal. He had no phone, TV or internet. Comcast said it would take two weeks to repair. I talked to the first technician and told him that this was unacceptable. He called his boss who then called my neighbor and said he would try to get someone there to splice the line. Technician Raman Deen, Tech **** showed up and immediately began to locate where the break in the line was. Very soon he had the problem solved. He worked very hard in extremely hot weather. He was courteous and diligent. My neighbor is a WWII POW and has health issues. I'm pleased that Comcast has an employee of Mr. Deen's qualities. He deserves an "atta boy" for his efforts to correct this problem.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
GetHuman-neilboo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-neilboo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-neilboo: For that I would say two out of five.
