GetHuman-neilboo:My ** year old neighbor's Comcast line was cut during a tree removal. He had no phone, TV or internet. Comcast said it would take two weeks to repair. I talked to the first technician and told him that this was unacceptable. He called his boss who then called my neighbor and said he would try to get someone there to splice the line. Technician Raman Deen, Tech **** showed up and immediately began to locate where the break in the line was. Very soon he had the problem solved. He worked very hard in extremely hot weather. He was courteous and diligent. My neighbor is a WWII POW and has health issues. I'm pleased that Comcast has an employee of Mr. Deen's qualities. He deserves an "atta boy" for his efforts to correct this problem.
