She was going back and forth with me for over ** minutes, then only to lose phone connection. I am frustrated because the very reason I called Comcast was that your call center messed up my order in the *st place. Ok, Direct TV is a much better choice and deal. I am now completely convinced about this fact. I do know that they have great customer solutions, as you say. **BTW: Tell your superiors that I am tired of speaking to persons who do not comprehend the English language and who read every their answers. WHAT's Up Comcast???????? The least the rep could have called me back after keeping me on the phone for ** minutes, yes you do have my phone number. OUCH! Bye bye!!!!!
