~djrudyb:I was on comed's installment plan due to my financial situation. I was not able to make my payment by the due date.. I ended up paying it * days lat. I did pay the bill however and a little extra. I got a shut off notice in the mail. Comed asked for the entire amount yet deffered. I could not pay it. I told them I could make another payment, but could not afford the entire amount. I ended up paying $***.** more to comed but they still shut me off. So much for their slogan, "comed cares".. What a joke!!! I have food in the fridge that is going to go bad now.. thanks comed!!
