First time I am on hold for ** min. Nobody responds. I call back in **, guess what" offices are closed: It wasn't * o'clock but what the heck.!!!*Call back again, waith on hold for ** min., a girl answers, voids my bill but said that if I want a refund I need to talk to the supervisor, so I wait on hold for ONE HOUR AND ** MINUTES, yes people...and the supervisor finally picks up and say I need to call back on Friday to request the refund because I need to wait for the payment from my bank to clear. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME....This while my *** is sitting in Comed account because a moron couldn't read a meter....and it's my fault the super
