In the end she took my cc number and charged me but refused to tell me when the part would ship and if it was being shipped overnight. I had to call back to get the information. Then the wrong part was shipped overnight despite the fact I had the part number and repeated it several times. When I called back on the wrong part Anita pretended she couldn't hear me and hung up on me! Never again.
