~ChristinaT:I called to cancel my card. Despite having it since **** my interest was still at **%. The final straw was the annual fee. I told the nice lady I wanted to cancel. She asked if it was because of the membership fee and I said yes. She didn't try to persuade me to change my mind. I did have to ask about receiving a confirmation notice and she said I will receive one in *-** business days.
