Star case (supposed to be very rare occurrences) opened and when they couldn't figure out what the issue was, they just returned it to me! Was forced to trade it in so I had a reliable car to drive, then they wouldn't reimburse me for any fixes that were made previously at the dealership to correct the issue (that didn't work) because "I no longer owned the car."
