~anengryelf:We ordered * tablets back on ***** as gifts for our boys for Christmas, our card has already been charged for our order, we were constantly told that it would be escalated so that the product would arrive to my office no later than Monday, December **rd...we will now have to take time away from our family to go pick something up, that should've been here a least a week ago. When asked to speak with a higher up, I was told they would tell me the same thing. This is absolutely a DISGRACE!!!!
