~Elle:I have had over ** email correspondences with Nomorerack and consistently the responses did not address my question. I got a "thank you for allowing us to serve you." It was as if they never read my question. To add salt to the wound, I was told I would get a refund but without sales tax (illegal not to refund the sales tax).That took a lto of emails....until they agreed to the full refund (understandably less shipping). THEN on my credit card, ONLY THE TAX was refunded. The agent on the phone told me it was totally refunded. I had her hold while I called my credit card company. The agent at the credit card company told me there was no other credit. NOW, the Nomorerack agent checked further...there had been a glitch in the system, and no I had not been issued the full credit. It would be done today and I should expect it to be posted within * * business days. I will allow for that before I start a dispute through the credit card company.
