~scraye：I have been battling with them to get my refund for well over a month now. They told me that they only received * item when I had actually returned *, then after clearing that issue up (so I thought,silly me) I waited more than the *-* business days that it takes to credit back to my card and still NO refund. I then find out after calling a month after still not receiving the refund, they gave me an in-store credit which was wrong (before purchasing this item i triple checked that if i needed to return it it was an item that was eligible for a refund not a store credit as I read lots of complaints about that) plus I have the emails to prove they screwed up. I called today and the customer rep "fixed" the issue and I am supposed to be refunded the full amount back to my card in *-* business days. We'll see about that even though she reassured me this time I would get my refund. Wish me luck and NO,I will not buy from them again.
