~Ronald:I waited in a short line forever as the new store in Pantops Charlottesville, finally I got my Burrito and the person was unable to wrap so she puts it to the side. The manager then asked her what that was and after being told just walks away. Burrito sits on the other table for two minutes and then worker goes and just dumps on a cold tortilla and wraps and hands me. I asked the manager that why don't you help and he states if I do these new people will not learn and it was okay for my burrito to sit there for two minutes. Finally I took my burrito and chips to later find that they have not put my salsa in the bag. I will never go again to a Chipotle.
