~Benzbabyusa：The calls go to the Phillipines. Chicago Tribune (Chicago) no longer wants to talk to their subscribers. I have asked on several occasions to talk to someone in Chicago. No one will talk with me about Chicago, the awful delivery they have there, or any other issues. The people in the Phillipines cannot help me for another **-** hours because that is how long the turn over is. One will not get any results. I am so upset with the Chicago Tribune that I am never going to subscribe to them again and will let everyone know that the Chicago Tribune does not care about their service or their customers. To outsource to a foreign country just sends the message that they don't care one bit. I have recently made * calls trying to reach someone in Chicago and the Phillipines people say there is no longer a phone number that goes there. This is horrible service!! Subscribe to some other newspaper because if anything goes wrong, nothing will be done.
