~Mad!：This company charged me initially for their "homework help" on the *th day of a * day "free trial". Spent ** hours on phone with them to finally have a conference call with my credit card issuer that resulted in having the pending charge removed. * days later they charged me again! I called back again today and after trying to get to someone in a position to do something more than fill out a form requesting a callback, which resulted in no callback within the promised time frame, I called my card issuer which saw the notes from the previous interaction and immediately reversed the charges. I can only bet that I will be hearing from them now!
