GetHuman-16832：They charged me ** dollars for a year service when I signed up for a seven day free trial. I called and informed them of the situation and they said they would have my money returned to my account within a week. After three weeks my money still was not returned so I got online and talked to a representative. They appologized for the inconvienence and told me my money would this time be mailed to me and would take no more then two weeks. One month later and no money. I am begining to think this place is a scam.
