~JR:Poor! I signed up for the "homework help" option under the impression that it was around $*.** monthly and was charged for the annual fee of $**.**, which overdrew my account as I was not anticipating this charge amount. After searching to find a customer service phone number, which is not available on the website, I contacted customer service speaking with a representative that refunded the charge and educated that the overdraft fee incurred as a result could be refunded. After following up multiple times to no avail, the fee was not refunded as promised. Instead I received a policy reponse. This is disturbing since not only was I promised this refund, but I was advised that many other customers had the exact same issue the exact same way. I will report this to the Attorney General's office.
