GetHuman-263311:Representative had a thick accent and was difficult to understand. I asked several times to be transferred to disputes but was sent somewhere else. Every time I get transferred people ask me a host of questions. Then I get transferred to the wrong dept who asks another host of questions. GAH....just let me talk to the right dept from the start. They can ask me whatever they want if I get to ask them to help me afterwards, and they DO.
