~Christy:I have a childsupport card through chase issues by the state of Ky, Chase provides extremely POOR customer service to the holders of these cards. I guess since we aren't real chase customers and only hold what they call "Pay Cards" we don't deserve even decent customer service, despite the fact that they do receive fees from us on these cards. So if your making money off us cant you at least provide us with simi decent service. But it's been my experience that chase is and has never been customer friendly even when I was a "real" customer.
