GetHuman-383405:I have had plenty of bad experiences with Chase but was surprisingly pleased with the person who answered ***-***-****. She was professional, understood my problem, how it happended, & how to fix it. However it will take follow work so I see in a week. She was surprised that I was not a banker but she did her job (I think) and treated me with respect. Not the norm with Chase.
