~ASR22:While the person that helped me was fine, the overall "product" charter is offering has gotten worse, at least for us. We signed up several yrs ago because the cost was decent, but now it's very hard for the average household to afford, we do need another company to help control costs, to drive the market to fairer costs, they virtually have a monopoly & it's hurting the consumers at this point, it's getting out of control & I'm sure there's little hope for anything to change in the near future, unfortunately! Not cool Charter, you know you've got us over a barrel & you are pushing it at this point! We've had at least one problem with the service every month, sometimes more, either On Demand isn't working correctly or internet is dropping the connection & again the consumer has little choice & therefore just has to deal with it, so sorry consumers, we know you pay us a lot of money, but there are going to be glitches & you just have to deal with it! I think they are charging approximat
