~Lana:Charter's phone service is poor and often unreliable as compared to other providers. The cable service is anchored by a user "guide" system that is about as primitive as it gets. You can't even perform a simple, fundamental search by keyword. One more warning: With Charter, you have to watch your bill like a hawk from month to month.** The bottom line is that Charter is the worst company - bar *none* - that I have ever dealt with. If there was another cable provider in my area, I'd dump Charter in a heartbeat.
