~valk446:I returned merchandise in July ****, spoke to several reps since stating they have issues with their software upgrade, amazing how they can still take orders but cant refund anyone. I am so frustrated.. they owe me $** and I don't want store credit I want my money back on my personal Mastercard, I will never buy from them again and I have been a customer for years!!! I believe there is something unethical going on and why does their customer service line have a quick busy signal ALWAYS!!! They are crooks!
