~cruiser:This company is, with out a doubt, one of the very worst customer service departments I have ever had to deal with! They have LOST my and my wife's prescriptions at least four times. They have no way of tracking because they send drugs by bulk mail (cheapest). They have decided to no longer send an invoice for co-payment with prescriptions , but now demand payment up front before they will send out anything. I payed up front with electronic check and they received it, but their processing or accounting dept. takes forever or not able to find it at all. My company had MEDCO as our provider previously and I can say that their service, while not great, was absoulutely stellar compared with Caremark. Caremark needs to COMPLETLY review their practices and make changes to make many customer policies much better.
