GetHuman-354139：I called to ask a general question regarding ins. I only wanted to know if Caremark accepts California Children's Services Ins. I was told that information can only be given by the Benefits Line. I asked for that number and was told they dont have it. I couldnt believe they dont have the benefits number to their own pharmacy. Any number would of been ok but i was not given any number.*this is rediculous!......such poor c.s.
