~Shayla66:The customer service numbers are so horrible! I kept getting cut off! I tried calling the different numbers they offered and it happened with both of the ones I called. Finally, when I read through the advice posted by other irritated customers, I figured out that I had to keep pushing the * sign to finally get connected. Who would have ever thought of that! But that wasn't the end of it. I was on hold for at least ** minutes. If only they said on the loan approval for that it would take at least ** hours to get the email that is required to set up my account. Instead it just says "you will receive an email outlining how to complete your eBill registration." It should have said "please wait at least ** hours for an email outlining how to complete your eBill registration." Now that would have saved me a lot of grief an aggravation. They need to fix those ridiculously confusing customer service lines too. It's annoying to get cut off over and over again!
