~Anon:This phone number is only for Credit Card information. A nice woman answered right away, then transferred me to the banking department. I waited a minute or two until another woman answered. She then asked me for some personal information before putting me on hold for "at least a minute" (turned out to be five or six) to access my account. She finally came back on the line to tell me that my funds would be available tomorrow. My reason for calling was to find out why a posted transaction was still not included in my available balance after * days. She told me she did not know why, and that's just how long it takes.
