GetHuman-186508:I have been calling customer representatives for about a year to request them to stop sending me business CC applications when we already have one! This last person Rick UBI*** told me there was no record of any requests and wouldn't help me because I wasn't the primary on the account (I just own the business?). He said there was a law which prevented him from being able to help me, but he couldn't site it! Called corp offices and spoke to someone who helped. Shouldn't have to go that far up the line to get help or take a year to get it done! Customer service is questionable at best.
