State of CA public employees are riding a gravy train of entitlements, bloated salaries, gold star pension and benefit plans footed financially by the people calling into their call center and they treat us like ****. Public employees work in the public sector because they cannot hack it in the private sector. Based on what we pay them, we should be getting gold-star service, I am ready to OUTSOURCE to India our DMV services.
