Inflexible, incompetent, are the first words that come to mind. * weeks before leaving on extended vacation I sent in a prescription for mail order. One which they had been providing for years-still delay and may have to run out. No ability to fill more than a months supply on another med even though leaving the country for * weeks. Great example of how a company should not be run. They know they hold all the cards and customers be damned.
